Which type of guitar is this?

I think it is a Vintage Fender stratocaster but my friend doesn’t think it is, because it hasn’t got the ‘fender’ logo on the neck.
Oh and I bought it for £185 – it was £20 MORE than a ‘proper’ Fender strat, but they were different colours. Although I doubt that effects the price?
It’s a copy of a Strat. made by a company called Vintage (it says so on the headstock). Trevor Wilkinson is involved with the company hence the Wilkinson pickups. They’re reckoned to be good value guitars, quite playable, even though they are at the “budget” end of the market. They’re distributed in Britain by John Hornby Skewes:
