Is it worth $ 500 more??? (Guitar related)?

Now I have an epi les paul standard (encrypted bout me 600 CND) I have reception so that I can still return it anyway, I saw that Epi les paul SLASH sig fate tomorrow …. I was excited can because I love slash but it costs 1100 … the differences I saw were: forward slash (Duh )…. eyes is beautiful (Duno value)-case and his new book and some picks (a combat value 90) – Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro humbuckers (probably worth like 100 a piece) vintage, which (are better than I heard Grover .. but not sure)-lock your stopbar tulip tuners and tune-o-matic (probably more) of nickel-Hardwear (probably better than chrome)-plus joint neck like .. Aparently 20% more durable:)-more frets (I like) sounds good ?…. law, but is it worth $ 500 + tax more?

My point view is that I do not buy a guitar for recovery – I buy a guitar to play. For me, music comes first. So if your guitar playing right now though and sounds good, why upgrade? It's not like an Epi Standard sounds bad or anything (if properly set up, intonation, etc.). If you have not already, you can even put these pickups on your guitar for under 300 U.S. (you have to do the conversion, I try not to take account the fact that the dollar sinking fast). So I guess it comes down to this – if you have money, if the Epi Slash plays better, if The Epi Slash sounds better, and you were planning on upgrading the Epi Standard at some point anyway, so I think seriously about it. However, if you can not afford (and I can not stress this point), or will not be able to take care of it as it deserves (Care, maintenance, do not leave it in the garage, not to break or damage it), then do not do it. 1100 is a lot of changes, American or Canadian. There are lots of guitars, you can buy with this money kind've – I think you can even get a Gibson so far. Or, alternatively, you can pass the change-up and put your "tube amp good!" Fund. I do not know. I am a little wary of buying anything Whether with the artist name on it if it is not what the artist uses. The visa does not mean anything to me – firms renowned artists for promote products that are not as good as they claim to be just an excuse for the score. This is not always the case (Steve Vai Carvin Amp, Marshall Kerry King's model come to mind), but it happens enough to justify my skepticism. Good luck, whichever way you decide. I really want you to play the guitar at the bottom before buying, but do not buy Sight Unseen. If you can get them to configure and sings good for you (guitars rarely come up properly from the factory), then all the better. Saul
