Whats the difference between a seymour duncan cool rails and hot rails?

I want to see which one is better for my style on my strat in the neck position. I play Instrumental rock, jazz fusion, and rock & roll blues.
My strat already has a JB humbucker in the bridge and a single coil Alnico 2 in the middle. Which is better for the neck? Thanks!
