Has anyone had severe upper back pain after having a baby?

I have pain between my shoulder blades and my spine. My daughter is three days and everything is healed, my uterus is back where it should be, and I'm not bleeding. But I'll have a lot of pain in my back, my spine back, and the right side of my head. I take Motrin for pain, although I feel good all the others. I had three children it before and I've never had this kind of pain. Even if the pain is normal, it feels like inside of my spine and if I beat am sitting in the wrong direction it feels like a guitar string is pulled (only with the pain). I had a back injury, but was l5s1 (lower back) and only affects my lower back and the back of the leg. I'm tired of relying on Motrin and I just want to know if anyone else has and what you think I should do.
