problem of power lines?

Well heres my problem may be. I have a Fender Squire Fat Start Kit. (15 W Amplifier Fender Stratocaster Fender Squire Fat +) My guitar has a really good tone when I play individual notes. When I play power chords in the first three strings, It looks decent but when I use my strings more, it seems. shit. You can hear the sound of individual strings and is in trouble with the distorted Different colors stand out. Ive spent hours tuning it, playing with the tuners and set-up. Edit my strings and all that. Its annoying the hell out of me. What is the problem? A new amplifier solve my problem?

intonation can be out. This means that the guitar may disagree with itself. You can give each string individually, but when notes begin uncomfortable in an agreement I can not right.
