Is the Dean Soltero standard a good guitar?

I want to know what you think about the Dean Soltero. Where it is made would also be helpful. Do you think it is a better guitar than a PRS SE?

Dean in general is an OK brand, but compared to PRS guitars, it’s much worse. My general impression is that a high-end Dean has fair quality and more features, while a low-end PRS has higher quality but fewer features than a Dean.
