Does anyone know the physical dimensions of an archtop guitar Epiphone Dot?
I'm trying to decide between a Les Paul 100, the Paul studio and DOT Archtop. I would complain to the Great Gibson, but I wish it was a little bigger than a Les Paul.
Not Me .. only need two more Points, so I can ask a question.

Godin Tric Archtop Guitar Case For 5Th Avenue Artchtop Guitars Black $79 Godin’s TRIC Archtop Case provides a level of impact protection for your Godin 5th Avenue Archtop guitar that rivals the protection offered by many flight cases. However, thanks to its Neopolen P Expanded Polypropylene or EPP construction, this case weighs in just slightly heavier than a typical gig bag. Add to that its capacity to resist changes in temperature, and you have superior guitar protection like no other. It is also remarkably affordable, with a price very close to that of a standard hardshell guitar case. The portable nature of the acoustic guitar plays a big part in its popularity. Obviously, providing appropriate protection for your guitar when moving it, is an important consideration. Up until now, guitar players have been faced with the choice of either a gig bag or a hardshell case for the protection of their instrument. The light weight of gig bags makes them easy to carry but they don’t offer much in the way of impact resistance. Hardshell cases, on the other hand, provide better impact protection but are much heavier and awkward to carry. The TRIC Archtop Guitar case is the perfect compromise.Designed to fit Godin’s Fifth Avenue Archtop acoustic guitarsConstructed of Neopolen P Expanded Polypropylene (EPP)Resists temperature changesHandle molded into body |

Norm&Y Powder Coat Hardtail Archtop Electric Guitar $1949 From the classic archtop curves of the body to the distinctive “rivets” front and back, there is simply no other guitar like it. Normandy Guitars are quality made one-at-a-time and are built to stand the test of time from one gig to the next.Army Greenthis is another finish that translates well to the Normandy aesthetic. When we were thinking of what finishes we would want (in addition to chrome) we tried to think of other products out in the world that are made of hard core metal with big rivetswell as you can see this flat army green finish looks just like the old school army helmets and other gear from back in the 30′s and 40′s.The powder coated finishes on Normandy guitars are applied using a special “baked-on” finish that is electro-statically bonded to the guitar bodies. The resulting finish is extremely durable and far superior to the standard paint, stain, or varnish typically found on guitars. The Normandy maple-on-maple and rosewood-on-maple necks are shaped close to what you would find on an old-school jazz guitarnot too fat not too thin. The resonant, chrome finished aircraft-grade aluminum body produces smooth, warm tones that ring true and long. Sustain is increased significantly when compared to that of a conventional wooden guitar body. Normandy “old school” humbuckers with Alnico 5 magnets are overwound to 12K ohms for higher output, powerful midrange and driving tone. This is a deceivingly solid piece of equipment. You may be able to snap the neck, but the body will stand up to the most aggressive punk-inspired outbursts. The Normandy weighs 8.6 lb. which is roughly the same as most other electric guitars, maintains perfect balance when on a strap, and is so accommodating that you may just be able to go at it all night. The sound, the look, the feel, the durability and all of extra care taken to perfect this one-of-a-kind guitar, combined with state of the art manufacturing processes equal a guitar that you would expect to cost thousands more than it does. Custom boutique styling and quality that every player can afford that’s the best thing of all.Triple-electroplated chrome aluminum body constructed of aircraft-grade materialWarmoth hard rock maple with rosewood fretboard18% nickel/silver fret wireTuners by GotohGraphite nut from GraphtechNormandy humbuckers for high output, powerful midrange and toneGotoh Tune-O-Matic bridgeIncludes custom road case |
